The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, Planning, Talent Management, Analytics, HR Operations, HR Policy and HR Partners departments.

The key responsibilities of this role in the Recruitment Department are as follows:

  • Work with Hiring Managers on the overall manpower and recruitment plan for the Division and keep the Hiring Managers updated of the hiring progress;
  • Create a recruitment and interview plan to fill each position efficiently and effectively;
  • Post openings on job portals and use relevant social and professional networking sites;
  • Develop a pool of candidates and review if applicants meet the requirements with Hiring Managers;
  • Pre-screen candidates if necessary, and interview and shortlist suitable candidates with the Hiring Managers;
  • Maintain applicant and interview data;
  • Perform relevant background checks on potential hires;
  • Prepare recruitment memos, sound out candidates on offer packages and extend contracts;
  • Inform interviewed candidates of outcome;
  • Maintain contact with potential future candidates;
  • Collect and analyse data on hiring related measurements; and
  • Attend career fairs for recruitment and company branding
  • Requirements

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Experience in executive search and talent acquisition will be an advantag
  • Able to manage diverse stakeholders, meticulous with a flair for numbers and data analytics
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
