The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, Planning, Talent Management, HR Comms, Analytics, HR Operations, HR Policyand HR Partner departments.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to shape and implement robust career planning and development strategies for corporate and scientific staff in A*STAR and its research institutes. The key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Manage career planning and development processes across A*STAR to facilitate and support officers professional development
  • Review and enhance the career development framework to ensure progressive career development policies and processes
  • Synthesise and analyse human capital data across various sources to drive data-driven decision making
  • Requirements

  • Preferably at least 4-8 years of experience in HR, in the area of Career Planning and Development
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Able to work effectively independently and in teams
