Reporting to HR Director, you will lead a team of Human Resource Business Partners to identify, develop and drive key initiatives which include talent acquisition, talent/performance management, workforce and succession planning, manpower review, industrial relations as well as rewards and recognition. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, monitoring and implementing the full range of HR Business Partnering and HR Operations services to the organisation, ensuring that they are effective and in accordance with the Hospitals HR principles and policy. You will be required to work with leaders, managers and NHG institutions to shape the people strategies, execute all HR initiatives and drive HR excellence.
In partnership with leaders, you will provide leadership to drive strategies to achieve organisational goals. In your role, you will champion HR digital transformation projects including process improvements, change management in the Hospital and act as a catalyst to propel the workforce towards desired change and growth.
