Responsibilities
Analyze HR-related statistics and information, and prepare the presentation deck for management review;
Collect and sort the HR-related indicators and progress for superiors to review and refine the relevant plans and strategies
Support various operation functions of different units when needed, e.g. information collection, writing reports, data provision and internal communications
Participate in analysis and strategy formulation of HR-related project according to the needs of business development
Execute and complete the work assigned by the superiors
Requirements
Diploma or above, with minimum 1-year relevant experience in banking industry
Good command of written English and Chinese
Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills in Word, PowerPoint and Chinese input
Proficient in Excel (e.g. Formula setting, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table/Marco, etc.)
