Job Functions: Strategic Planning, Human Resources


  • Analyze HR-related statistics and information, and prepare the presentation deck for management review;

  • Collect and sort the HR-related indicators and progress for superiors to review and refine the relevant plans and strategies

  • Support various operation functions of different units when needed, e.g. information collection, writing reports, data provision and internal communications

  • Participate in analysis and strategy formulation of HR-related project according to the needs of business development

  • Execute and complete the work assigned by the superiors


  • Diploma or above, with minimum 1-year relevant experience in banking industry

  • Good command of written English and Chinese

  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Good PC skills in Word, PowerPoint and Chinese input

  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. Formula setting, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table/Marco, etc.)
