Job Description

  • Provide advisory support to the management for Human Resources related matters
  • Manage and oversee Human Resources Department
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analysing information and applications
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying, analysis and ensure human resources objectives are in line with organizational objectives.
  • Enhances department by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities and develop & managing human resources operations including planning, financial strategies, action plan, monitoring, appraising, reviewing staff performance, determining production, productivity, systems, resolving problems and implementing change
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent with min 5 years of experience and above
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and scope solutions to human resource issues
  • Strong leadership skills, a good team with problem solving and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to converse in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ
