Job Description

This will be a 1 year fixed-term contract role under Shiseido.

MAIN PURPOSE

To be an integral part of the Shiseido HR Team to develop the recruitment strategy and drive and lead the full cycle of recruitment process for the Asia Pacific region. To roll out and be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting process to create strong talent pipelines for Shiseidos current and future hiring needs for Shiseido Asia Pacific and Shiseido Singapore.This role will be responsible to plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment process and strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies for the Shiseido Asia Pacific and Shiseido Singapore entities
  • Partner and work in close partnership with the Business and line managers in support of their recruitment needs
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process from managing of job postings, sourcing of candidates, screening candidates, schedule of interviews, salary proposal to onboarding activities
  • Manage the recruitment process cycle in Mirai (success factors) from job requisition, interviews, offer letter generation and onboarding
  • Full ownership of candidate experience through design and managing the entire recruitment process
  • Design and implement recruitment plans and initiatives for hiring needs
  • Prepare and analyse recruitment trends and analysis through management reports
  • Research and assess the viability of implementing new recruitment trends within the evolving recruitment landscape to stay updated and relevant which could impact upon the business
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties and related projects as assigned
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or in Recruitment, ideally in a beauty or FMCG industry
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Up to date with current recruitment trends to develop robust recruitment strategies
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced and results driven environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
