The opportunity
Unity Technologies is building a motivated and creative Onboarding Team to deliver the highest quality new hire onboarding experience, initiate belonging, and provide the knowledge and tools to be set up for success. As a Program Manager, Onboarding, you will be leading support for regional new hires and partners, and building global programs and processes.

You do need to have fantastic communication skills to allow you to work across teams. You will collaborate with key partners and align on the best ideas so that we constantly rethink existing processes and challenge the status quo to deliver innovative impactful lasting improvements on a global scale.
