This successful technology company is a global leader with significant operations and exciting growth plans for APAC. We are currently involved in the search to identify a Regional Head of Talent Acquisition. The position will be based in Singapore.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent and Culture, this rewarding leadership role will be responsible for handling strategic HR TA activities across the region. This will include senior leadership hiring and workforce planning for lateral recruitment, as well as managing the campus program. In addition, the role will act as a coach and mentor to the team, building the function capability to a true business partnering model.
The Individual
You will bring a successful track record of senior leadership or high-volume hiring across multi-geographies, gained within a high-touch and fast-paced MNC environment. You should be comfortable in scaling up quickly and bring a real balance of strategy and execution to the function.
