Job Description
Provide both strategic and operational HR advice to businessDeliver quality HR services including but not limited to staff movements, HRIS maintenance, payroll processing, benefits administration, provident fund & pension administration, leave management and taxation Support Head of Talent Management in annual salary/bonus review cycle and long term incentive scheme administration Keep up with market trends and review compensation & benefits for employees to ensure competitiveness and equity Formulate and implement HR policies and participate in HR projects/ initiatives; Provide recommendations or solutions in resolving complex HR issues Provide end-to-end recruitment services to designated business Drive employee engagement and employee well-being initiatives Prepare HR-related metrics and management reporting Any ad-hoc duties as required
Job requirements
Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in HR Less Experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager Demonstrated high proficiency in a broad array of HR functional competencies in particular compensation & benefits Strong partnership mindset and genuine interest in championing people initiatives Ability to manage competing priorities and be flexible in roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Written and Spoken)
