  • Champion the HR departments task tracker and liaise with team leads of Corporate and local HR teams to ensure delivery of key tasks and projects.
  • Provide administrative support to Head of HR/ VP/ AVP, including drafting of correspondence and proper document management.
  • Act as the key contact point to handle inquiries attend to staff/ external parties request for Head of HR/ VP/ AVP
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects/reports as assigned.


  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in HR, preferably in Hospitality industry.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
