Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties for the corporation and report to Managing Director
  • Keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Develop and plan HR strategy, budget, and yearly activity
  • Develop, review and update HR policies & procedures, and ensure implementation efficiently.
  • Lead the HR team to handle manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits as well as payroll.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, cohesion activityother company events and employee engagement programmes.
  • Manage the corporate insurance to ensure valid coverage
  • Attend and respond to government workforce survey and other initiatives
  • Coordinate on ISO9001 & ISO45001 audits
  • Manage office facilities, company vehicles, software, stationery, and pantry supply with vendors
  • Monitor and renew company certification with government bodies
  • Explore available government grants and recommend for application
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing company and with a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to handle all levels of staff.
  • Resourceful, proactive and initiative
  • Meticulous in details and team player
