Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process customer and suppliers Invoices

Process expenses

Bank reconciliation

Review quarterly GST filing and annual tax returns

Handle and ensure accuracy of inventory management

Manage customer subscription renewals

Manage customers account receivables

Booking of flights, hotels, transport for visitors / staff when required

Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments

Provide office administration support such as maintenance of office facilities, office rental renewal, phone plans, office access card etc

Assist in organizing Office activities

Handle recruitment administration and conduct interviews

Prepare HR related documents such as employment contracts and/or other letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion etc

Manage all Work Pass applications, renewal, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations

Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures

Assist in implementing new HR initiatives and policies

Attend promptly to employees' queries on HR matters
