Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee full spectrum of Finance and Administration functions ( AR, AP, Bank Liaison, Monthly Salary, GST Submission and Cash Flow Management )
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, GST, corporate secretary for company matters and related issues.
  • Develop, implement and review office and administrative policies and procedures to facilitate office efficiency
  • Supervise a team of 4 staffs
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Effective inventory management and cost control measures
  • Manage office equipment and stationery supplies
  • Handle Human resource function including payroll, CPF submission, MOM issues, Cash Management and Office Administration (eg: Company Corpass)
  • Ensure compliance with companys accounting policies and procedures
  • Supervise the operational activities of the accounting, administration and human resources
  • Any other Admin, HR and Finance Ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ HR or equivalent
  • At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience
  • Possess knowledge in Ms Office/ Accounting MYOB/ Excel/ Payroll functions
  • Familiar with MOM policies and guideline
