Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions
Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities to meet business needs from posting to onboard/offboarding
Conducting employee orientation
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claims
Administer all work passes (application, renewal, cancellation, updates)
Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
Manage group insurance and claims matters
Preparation of statutory submissions such as CPF and IRAS (IR21)
Any other administrative related duties as assigned by director
. Reports to the Finance & Admin Manager
. Assist with finance activity as delegated
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource or finance or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of handling full spectrum of HR
Well versed with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices
Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
Good interpersonal skills
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
Remuneration commensurate with experience
