Roles & Responsibilities

Admin / HR / Account Manager Job Scope:

1. Finance

- Daily & Monthly AP & AR Issue & Record

- Monthly Bank Reconcile

- Cashflow update monthly

- Update cash expense & reimburse

- Year-End Finance Account Report

- Deal with Auditor Yearly Account & report to Secretary and ACRA

- Quarterly GST prepare & Submit

- LC prepare submit to client & bank

- Bank TT and Transfer to supplies

- Other Related Finance scope

2. Admin

- Advise, Checking & Confirmation from Admin dept document

- Prepare & Renew License, file & document for External requirements, Ex: MOM, IRAS, CPFB, LTA, Bizsafe, BCA, ISO 45001, WDA, TUV SUD

- Vehicle Leasing & Transport Update

- Insurance for project, worker & staff

- Other related admin scope


3. H R

- Calculate & prepare Worker & Staff Salary, CPF Submit

- FW permit apply, renew and update

- MOM update

- FW dormitory arrange and update

- Yearly worker & Staff income tax report to IRAS

- Worker & staff training Course

- Other related HR scope

4. Project

- Confirm of monthly claim

- Retention calculation, checking & claim after project completed

- Prepare necessary document for new project submission

- Helping prepare necessary document submit to Main Contractor

- Team with admin for the document (commercial invoice, COO, Warranty & other) prepare to overseas client

- Negotiation Final with supplies for purchase and other

- Other related Project scope
