Job Description

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle of end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing salary proposals and pre-onboarding process
  • Work closely with respective departments to determine the talent needs
  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve recruitment processes or sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
  • Participate in HR projects including recruitment drives
  • Update and prepare recruitment reports or statistics for Management
  • Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or related disciplinesPreferably 3-4 years of in-house recruiter / recruiter at the recruitment agency / headhunting firm will be preferredPrior Human Resource recruitment experience in healthcare industry will be preferredGood communication skill, fast learner and good in meeting tight deadlinesHighly adaptable and comfortable with fast paced and high volume hiring environmentAble to multi-task and juggle different responsibilities / urgent work assignmentsA meticulous team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
