Job Description


Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle of end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing salary proposals and pre-onboarding process
  • Work closely with respective departments to determine the talent needs
  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve recruitment processes or sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines
  • Participate in HR projects including recruitment drives
  • Update and prepare recruitment reports or statistics for Management
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Preferably 3-4 years of in-house recruiter / recruiter at the recruitment agency / headhunting firm will be preferred
  • Prior Human Resource recruitment experience in healthcare industry will be preferred
  • Good communication skill, fast learner and good in meeting tight deadlines
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with fast paced and high volume hiring environment
  • Able to multi-task and juggle different responsibilities / urgent work assignments
  • A meticulous team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
