Job Description
Conduct talent market analysis based on the corporate-level globalization plan and offer forward-looking references to hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Participate in recruitment system construction and support related operational work in Singapore.
Execute hires of SEA and participate in the design and execution of global talent events that are focused on experienced hiring.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Ability to use English as working language. Candidates with study or work experience globally are preferred.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
Master knowledge about interview methods and be familiar with human resources industry. Candidates with work experience in global recruitment are preferred.
Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability. Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.
