Account cum HR Manager
- 5 days week Mon Fri 0830 1800 hrs
- Salary : $3500- $4500

Job Description:
- Prepare quarterly GST submission report.
- Update and maintain accounting journals. AR, AP, GL.
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Check and approve petty cash reimbursement, including staff reimbursements.
- Prepare & compute staff commission.
- Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function: updating, maintaining, filing, and the preparation of monthly payroll report/journal, CPF and income tax related matters.
- Oversee HR and verify medical, annual leaves and benefits entitlements.
- Oversee HR on work passes related matters such as applications and renewals.
- General administrative support as and when needed (Office administrative /assets maintenance matters )
- Prepare and process payroll function timely and accurately including submission of Employee IR8A for tax filling.
