I was the CEO of Mercer Singapore and in that role, I was exposed to the entire spectrum of Human Resources trend and issues. I have observed that while there are many digital solutions available, the adoption rate by the HR professionals in general, has not reflected on par with the rate of change on the technology side. This pose a great challenge, but also a great opportunity to provide help and assistance to the C-suites and HR professionals, to equip them with the tools, framework and concepts needed to help change the organization to embrace digital transformation.

It was a combination of an inspiration from my faith as well as the corporate experiences that have shaped my life. Right after I left the corporate world, I was asked to speak in many forums and was given the opportunity to pick my topics of interests. From my research, understanding and foresight on what is needed, Digital strategy development, focusing on people, innovation and digital marketing would help many companies go a long way to achieve their objectives in digital transformation.

5. How does it work?

We often start our journey with understanding the needs from the leadership level, focusing on their organization’s objectives and goals. We do take time to understand where they have come from, what and why are they doing the current plans and issues that they are encountering. We avoid jumping into conclusion too quickly without going deep into the symptoms and issues that were presented. This often take time, but we see a higher chance of success and also a dedication shown by the clients on the due diligence phase will also provide a sign on their commitment to change.

6. What are the key benefits that your product brings?

Many companies typically struggle to develop their digital strategies and need help, so we come in at the right place and time. We focus on people, technology, process, platform and real ROI in terms of revenues, cost savings, productivity and brand enhancement are often the quick wins that would surface, so justify continous investment to change and digital adoption.
